Q3: Do you sell directly to consumers?
A3: Yes. Our website is set up for B2C and B2B use.

Q4: How can I modify an order that I just placed?
A4: Please Contact Our Customer Service Team, they can adjust the order for you or cancel your order before you reorder. Have your order number ready so our team members can quickly assist with your change request.

Q5: Can I still place an order if the website is down for any reason?

A8: Yes, Togalonn products are packaged in fully recyclable cardboard.

A9: Yes, you can view certifications inside the technical specifications of each Togalonn product. Simply click on the “Specs” tab within any product (Example: 1-Gang New Work Outlet Box ) to review the tech specs.

A3: Fill out your information on the Account Login Page to create an account on Togalonn.com. 

Q4: Can I change my account password?
A4: Yes, change your password easily by clicking on “forgot your password” from the Account Login Page and providing the email address associated with your account. We will send you an email to reset your password.

Q5: What if I forgot my password and cannot log in to my account?

Order Question
Q1: I purchased the wrong product (size, color). What do I do?
A1: You have up to 30 days to return an item that you ordered by mistake. Please contact our Customer Service team to begin the process of a return and refer to our Return Policy for complete details.

Q3: How do I change my delivery or shipping address?

Q4: Do you offer bulk purchase options or discounts for high-volume customers?   
A5: Yes, Togalonn offers bulk buying options to customers who qualify. Please complete the Bulk Sales & Inquiry Form at the bottom of our website to provide details about which products interest you and the estimated quantities you wish to purchase. A Togalonn Sales representative will correspond with you.

Q5: Do you offer price matching?
A6: At this time, there is no guarantee for price matching. Any price variance you see may be attributed to a strategic promotion.

Q6: I need to change the order I just placed. What do I do?
A8: Please Contact Our Customer Service Team, and they can adjust the order for you or cancel your order before you reorder. Have your order number ready so our team members can quickly assist you with this change request. 


Q7: Can I get a sample to check the quality of the product before ordering?
A7: Definitely! We would be happy to send you free samples so that you can evaluate the quality of our products. All you have to do is contact our customer service or talk to us on the phone. Our customer service will arrange it immediately.

Q8: Do I need to pay taxes when I place an order?
A8: It depends.Duty-free for the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Canada or other locations outside of the U.S. may be subject to duty and customs fees.

Q9: Do you accept credit cards as a payment option?
A9: Yes. Towards the end of the checkout process, there will be a field for you to enter your credit card information.


Returns Question

Q1: Can I return a product if it doesn’t meet my expectations?
A1: Customer satisfaction is paramount at Togalonn. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear Return Policy in place. Products can be returned within a specified period, provided they are in their original condition. Check our Return Policy for more details on how to process a return.


Q2: What happens when I return a product for a refund?
A2: The returned item will be inspected, and then we will notify you with details regarding the approval or rejection of your potential refund. Denied refunds occur on a case-by-case basis.

Your refund will be issued as a credit to your credit card or original payment method. Remember to return the item in its original packaging in new and unused condition with all accessories.

Please Note: Original shipping charges will only be refunded when the product is returned because of Togalonn error. For a smooth return of the product, please contact the Customer Service Team before returning your product.

Q3: What happens if I refuse a shipment/package?
Packages that are returned to the sender or refused will be added back to inventory, and you will receive a refund for your order, excluding the actual shipping costs.

Your refund will be processed as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please Note: Original shipping charges will only be refunded when the product is returned because of Togalonn error. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of the purchase. For a smooth return, please contact the Customer Service Team prior to returning your product.


Q4: How long will it take to refund a return?
A4: Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes about 3-5 business days.

If you have already been approved for a refund, but are not yet seeing it on your statement, remember that banks and credit card institutions often take time to process a refund before the amount is officially posted to your account. Q5: Is there a restocking fee?
A5: No restocking fees apply to Togalonn brand items.

Q2: Do I need to register my product(s) to claim a warranty issue?
A2: No, you don't. Please refer to the Togalonn Warranty Policy for additional details.

Q3: How long is the warranty of the product?
A3: The Warranty Period begins on the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser of the product and is warranted for 5 years.
Q4: How do I process a warranty claim?
A4: We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. Please email the following information to sales@Togalonn.com, so our Customer Service team can process your warranty claim.

A1: Yes, we are offer free shipping. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or other locations outside of the United States please contact our Customer Service Team for a shipping quote.

Q2: How do I track my order?
A2: Yes, Shipments can be tracked through FedEx.com,UPS.com, USPS.com or personal order center.

Q3: Do you ship orders to international?
A3: We just ship inside the contiguous United States.

Q4: Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
A4: All orders ship via FedEx or UPS or USPS. Not accept ship via P.O. Box.

Q5: How quickly can I expect my order to be shipped?
A5: At Togalonn, we pride ourselves on efficiency. With warehouses strategically located across the Central, Western, and Eastern United States, we offer same-day shipping for orders placed before a specified cutoff time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Q3: Can I use my own/my company UPS or FedEx account number?
A4: Yes, high-volume customers can provide UPS or FedEx account numbers for shipping purposes.

Q5: What type of payment terms do you offer?
Togalonn offers online payment, COD payment terms, and payment in installments.
